Book Summary

An uptight Cowboy and a laid-back Amazon take on a jobsworth, a couple of psychopaths and a UXB in this explosive romp.
Responsibility doesn’t sit well on Pete’s shoulders, but when his boss goes AWOL, the cowboy has no choice. Thank Heavens for his delectable-but-unavailable partner, Andrea. Her calm support against their new CO, the misogynistic R.Soul, is all that stands between him and an insubordination charge.

In the aftermath of a factory raided by Middle-Eastern terrorists and her attempted rape, Andrea is grateful for her psychology training. But nothing could prepare her for the discovery her best friend is a traitor.

The pair are pitted against subterfuge, an unexploded bomb and a psychopathic beast intent on tearing the squad apart. This mission has the stench of big-bad all over it. Time to go hunting wolf.

"Another winner for Rowanna Green.  The excitement rarely wanes with an intense mission and explosive results setting the tone from the very first page. She takes a seemingly impish delight in delivering plenty of surprises along the way, whilst an edgy narrative maintains an overall sense of suspense and heightened tension. An absolute must read for fans of the genre, especially those who appreciate great writing and originality." - Book Viral, Review site

"Rowanna Green's Big Bad Wolf keeps its audience guessing. Though containing adult content and themes, the novel is written in such a way that a reader can learn techniques to overcome and survive certain dark situations. The end is complete and satisfying - a great way to round out the trilogy." - Hannah Sullivan, Author of Thunder

"Where Big Bad Wolf scores over its prequels is in its character development. Every book in the series finds a new element of their lives to explore, both personally and professionally, but this time around there's a greater sense of inner conflict that seems more nihilistic and this leaves a lasting impact we can sense and feel." - SM, Author, Illustrator and Poet

"I love the background on the lesser known characters; I can just imagine Jem playing with her brothers, getting covered in mud and scraps and bruises. And I can totally relate to the fact she finds it difficult to get along with other women - I often prefer male company myself!" - Lubelz, Amazon Reader, UK

"Loved the book. Nice ending. As with the other books, the characters stick with you. It was the first thing I thought of when I got up in the morning, and it ran through my head all day." - Jackie Trimm, Amazon Reader

About the Author

Ro Green squanders most of her leisure time reading, writing and listening to music. Almost every minute of every day sees her sat at a keyboard, furtling with a story (hers or someone else's) or chatting to her many friends all over the world. That's living alright! Well it is when you combine it with frequent trips to Wet, Windy Wales or Wondrous Wessex. Ro lives with her husband in the middle of England with the odd visit from their three darlings. There are some boring bits about having to earn a crust - but that's not really Ro.

Half a century of people, countries and experiences are fighting inside her mind to get themselves down on paper. So many stories, so little time.

She is proud to announce the release of the third in her series of military thrillers with a hint of dark romance. Hostage: Fox Among Wolves, Wolf in Sheep's Clothing, Big Bad Wolf. Although it started life as a single book, readers requested more of these characters, "the unsung heroes who work in the shadows." Great fun to work with such quirky, subversive guys and gals.
