Book Hub is committed to safe and fair use of your personal data.
What data we collect and why we need it.
Book Hub collects two sets of personal data. Authors and Readers.
We use this information to send regular e-mails to authors to promote our services, and to then promote those authors to readers who have previously expressed interest in receiving this information.
As part of cross promotion activities, we will occasionally share information with authors taking part in the promotion, but this will be clearly stated individually for each promotion. The individual authors are responsible for their own compliance with regulations.
We will never bombard you with 'spam' e-mails and will only send information which we legitimately believe will be of interest to you.
All of our payments are take via PayPal and as such we will never hold any financial information on you other than your purchace informaiton.
How long will we keep this data.
We will retain your contact details for as long as you wish to keep receiving information from the organisation. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link on any of the e-mails we send you, or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
All of our services to authors are paid via PayPal, and all promotion to readers takes place via external sites such as Amazon, and as such we do not hold any financial information.

We recognise and respect the importance of safe, fair and secure use of the personal data of all of our customers. As an international organisation, Book Hub has to comply with the EU's new GDPR data protection policy for any users who reside in the EU. If you are not an EU resident, this will not effect you, but we will still hold your personal data with the highest security.
